Smokehouse Rub

Mix of seasonings which is used for smoked meats. This was originaly a poultry seasoning used by Walter Jetton but the salt level and some of the other sasonings have been changed a bit. I use this on brisktett, pulled pork, chicken and turkey.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Salt
- 2 tsp MSG
- 1/3 cup Garlic Powder
- 1/3 cup Ground Bay
- 1/3 cup Paprika
- 1/2 cup Dry Mustard
Directions
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
